Why is it a range and not a price?
Every number comes from our rate card: hours per feature at our hourly rates, plus design, testing and launch. The low end assumes things go smoothly; the high end allows for the unknowns that always show up. A person reviews the plan with you and confirms a firm quote.
How accurate is it?
It's a rough estimate to plan with, and it gets better the more you tell the planner: what the product is for, who uses it, the must-haves and your timing. The meter on the estimate shows how much of the picture we have.
What makes it cost more, or less?
Up: more platforms, third-party integrations, a custom design, or features that need a lot of screens. Down: a simpler design, fewer platforms, or keeping the first version to the must-haves and adding the rest once it's live.
How do you bill?
A 25% deposit books the project, then payments follow milestones you can see and approve, with the last part due before launch. You own everything once the final invoice is paid, fixes are free for 90 days after launch, and a monthly support plan is there if you want it. Do you build iPhone apps?
No. We build for the web, Android and desktop. A web app works on iPhones through the browser, and that's often the better first step anyway.
What happens after I send the plan?
You get an email copy of the estimate straight away. A person at the studio reads the plan, replies with questions or a time to talk, and confirms the scope and the final figure with you. No obligation.
Is my plan saved anywhere?
It stays in your browser until you send it, and the copy-link button puts the plan in the link itself, so you can open it on another device or share it with a partner.
