Delete your account

OverlAI lets you permanently delete your optional account and everything stored with it, at any time, straight from the app.

In the app

  1. Open OverlAI and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section and make sure you're signed in.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@lmbtechnology.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my OverlAI account", and we'll delete it for you within a few days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your authentication record (the link to your Google account).
  • Your email address, display name and user ID stored with the account.
  • Your premium status record.

Nothing is kept on our servers after deletion. There is no retention period.

What isn't part of the account

Detection history, thumbnails, usage counts and settings are stored only on your phone and aren't tied to the account. They stay until you delete them in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall. Bug reports you sent while signed in keep your email address so we can reply; ask in your email if you'd like those removed too.
