Rowly

Terms of use

These terms cover Rowly for Wix, Rowly: Orders to Notion for Shopify, and Rowly for Jira. By installing one of them you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

Rowly is made by LMB Technology, a small software studio in Fort Myers, Florida. You can reach us at hello@lmbtechnology.com.

What Rowly does

Rowly writes your store's orders, or your Jira issues, into a table in your own Notion workspace or Airtable base, and keeps each row up to date as things change. What it reads and keeps is described in each app's privacy policy: Wix, Shopify and Jira.

Your accounts and your data

Your store, your Notion or Airtable account, and the table Rowly writes to are yours. You are responsible for the token you give Rowly and for who can see your table. Notion's or Airtable's own terms apply to what is stored there. If your table holds your customers' details, you decide what happens to them, as you do in your store.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, free trials and free plans are sold through the app store you installed from (Wix, Shopify or the Atlassian Marketplace), which also handles payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. Prices are shown there before you subscribe. If a plan has a limit, such as a number of new orders a month, Rowly stops adding new rows when it is reached and says so in the app.

Fair use

Use Rowly for your own business. Don't try to break it, overload it, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the rules of Wix, Shopify, Atlassian, Notion or Airtable.

Availability

We work to keep Rowly running and every order or issue in its row, but we can't promise it will never miss one or never be unavailable: it depends on the app platform and on Notion or Airtable. If a row looks wrong, the app's activity log usually says why, and "Add recent orders" (or the equivalent sync button) brings rows up to date. Rowly is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, LMB Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, from using Rowly, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Rowly in the twelve months before it.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app; your table stays yours. We may stop offering Rowly, with reasonable notice in the app or by email where we can, or end access for someone who breaks these terms.

Changes, law and contact

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use Rowly after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions go to hello@lmbtechnology.com.
