Rowly for WooCommerce

Every WooCommerce order, a row in your own table

Rowly writes each order from your WooCommerce store into a table in your own Notion workspace or Airtable base: number, status, total, items, customer, and a link back to the order. When an order is paid, shipped, refunded or cancelled, its row changes within seconds. The table is yours to filter, sort, share and add notes to.

Set up in about a minute

  1. 1
    Install the Rowly plugin

From Plugins → Add New in WordPress (search “Rowly”), then open WooCommerce → Rowly and press Connect this store to Rowly.

  2. 2
    Connect Notion

Press Connect Notion, approve Rowly on Notion's screen and tick the page for your orders. For Airtable, paste a personal access token.

  3. 3
    Create the table

Rowly creates a table called “WooCommerce orders” there with every column ready, and brings in your 100 most recent orders.

  4. 4
    Done

New orders appear within seconds, and their rows change as they're paid, completed, refunded or cancelled. Your checkout never waits on Rowly.

The columns

Order (“#1042”) · Order number · Date · Status · Total · Refunded · Currency · Items · Item count · Paid with · Customer · Email · Note · Open in WooCommerce

Status uses WooCommerce's order statuses (Processing, On hold, Completed, Refunded and any your store adds). Addresses, phone numbers and payment details are never read or written. Customer names and emails can be turned off.
